I live for the summers at Camp Hillcroft. The past 2 summers have been 2 of the best of my life. The staff, children and the activities make every day new and exciting. Why do I love what I do? It’s the genuine friendships I’ve made. It’s the smiles left on the children’s faces at the end of the day. It’s the impression I leave in a child’s mind and heart, and it’s the impression each one of them leave in mine.

I came back to Hillcroft becuse nobody ever, who hasn’t experienced camp would understand what it is like. It is an unique summer, it is hard work, but what comes out at the end is definitely worth it.

 Looking back this summer was a big deal and a life changing experience. I found acceptance with a group of people who were very open, social and had very different interests. Everyone makes the first timers feel welcome and it makes it easier to return the year after. I had the most perfect summer and I can’t wait for next year!
